We perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all new customers before entering a business relationship with them.

  • Process includes carrying out proper Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as part of the Customer Identification Program (CIP).

  • Sanction lists, such as the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list are checked for Politically exposed person(s) (PEP), and Special interests person(s) (SIP).

Complaint Management: We take this seriously because in order to improve, you must take criticism and responsibility when your customer experience is impacted. We evaluate these criticisms in a way that is systematic and orderly, and we use those learnings as opportunities to become better. Our goal of complaint management is to strengthen customer loyalty as well as quality assurance.
