Achievements:

  • Implemented an inspection process for the Construction portfolio utilizing cost matrices and defect supporting pictures increasing the repair revenue over 100% in 2020 over 2019.

  • Increased recovery prices for the construction portfolio during a global pandemic by 6.2% or $3.7MM.

  • Implemented a digital sales strategy resulting in a reduction in sales cycle times and increased sales recovery prices.

  • Decreased the sales cycle times by ½ due to process automation and technology implementation.
